Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding any issues.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, items must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Inedible or unfit for consumption upon arrival
  • Unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging

To help us process your request, you will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence where applicable

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened food products or sweets that are not sealed in their original packaging
  • Pick & mix sweets (unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or unfit for consumption)
  • Products that have arrived in good condition and are fit for consumption
  • Complimentary/free promotional items, giveaways, or samples
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@solihullsweetshop.com, and we will review the matter and advise on the best resolution.
